📌 1. Return & Exchange Policy
🔸 For All Products (Except Fashion Items):
No Return / No Exchange once delivered.
Only damaged or wrong item cases will be considered.
Damage claim must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
Customer must share clear photos/videos of the damage (no unboxing compulsory).
Packaging material must be kept until the issue is resolved.
If the product is missing parts/accessories, customer must report it on the same day.
🔸 For Fashion Products (Clothes, Wearables, Accessories):
Return + Exchange available for 1 day only after delivery.
A full unboxing video (no cut, no pause) is compulsory.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags & packaging intact.
Exchange depends on stock availability.
If the product is out of stock, we may offer a store credit (no cash refund).
Items with perfume smell, stains, damage caused by customer will not be accepted.
Wrong size sent by us → Exchange allowed with proof.
❌ Not Accepted:
No return/exchange for personal-use items (deodorants, grooming items, innerwear, hygiene products).
No claims accepted after the 1-day window for fashion products.
No claims if the customer opened the package without video (for fashion category).
No return for “not liked”, “changed mind”, or “different from expectation”.
📌 2. Refund Policy (More Points)
Refund is only provided in cases of wrong or damaged products.
Fashion products require unboxing video; others require clear evidence.
Refund will be processed within 3–7 working days after approval.
Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (based on situation).
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded as UPI/Bank transfer only.
Shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
If customer fails to receive delivery or gives wrong address, no refund will be given.
📌 3. Shipping & Delivery Policy (More Points)
Normal delivery time: 5–10 days depending on pincode.
Delays due to courier, weather, festival season, or unexpected events are beyond our control.
Customer must provide correct name, address, and active phone number.
If customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, re-delivery charges may apply (courier dependent).
We ship through trusted partners for safe delivery.
Tracking ID will be shared once the order is dispatched.
In remote areas, delivery may take a little longer.
📌 4. Cancellation Policy (More Points)
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, order cannot be cancelled.
Prepaid order cancellation (before dispatch) will be refunded within 3–7 days.
COD orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Fake or repeated COD cancellations may lead to blocking of future orders.

Product description and photos are for reference; minimal variation may occur.
Customer must check size chart before ordering fashion products.
If wrong address is provided, the seller is not responsible for delay or non-delivery.
SJ Enterprises reserves the right to update prices and policies anytime.
By placing an order, customer agrees to all the policies on the website.
